At Dolly and Oz Presents we take great care in ensuring that each artwork is handled and delivered with the highest level of professionalism and protection. Our shipping policy is designed to safeguard the artwork through delivery.
Shipping Process
Carrier Selection: We partner with trusted shipping carriers that specialize in the transportation of fine art to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. For large or delicate works, we may recommend using a fine art shipping service.
Packaging Materials: All artworks are securely packaged using gallery-standard materials, including custom crates, foam protection, and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit. Our shipping team takes extra precaution to protect the integrity of each piece.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based in the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. These costs will be communicated at the time of purchase.
International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs feed, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance
We strongly recommend addign shipping insurance to your order to cover any potential loss or damage during transit. Insurance is automatically included for high value works, and its cost will be reflected in the shipping fee.
Please note that if you decline insurance, the gallery is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused during shipment.
Delivery Timeframe
All shipments are processed within 7-10 business days of purchase. For commissioned or custom works, additional time may be required, and the estimated shipping date will be provided at time of order.
Art purchased during an exhibition period will be shipped within 7 days of the end of the exhibition.
Delays: The gallery is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Receiving Your Artwork
Upon receipt of your artwork, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage before accepting the delivery. If damage is noted, please refuse the package and notify the gallery immediately.
If the artwork arrives damaged and you accept the delivery, you must notify the gallery within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to file an insurance claim and seek a resolution.
International Buyers
All international sales are final, and the buyer is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
No returns or refunds will be issued due to delays in customs clearance or refusal to pay customs duties.
