At Dolly and Oz Presents we value your support of the artists and the unique work they create. Given the one-of-a-kind nature of the artworks we present, we have crafted a clear exchange and credit policy that aligns with industry standards while providing transparency for our clients. 

Non-Returnable Items

Original Artwork: Due to the irreplaceable and unique nature of original pieces, all sales of original artwork are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any original works once they have been purchased. 

Commissioned Works: Custom commissions are created specifically for the buyer and reflect a unique collaboration between artist and collector. Therefore, all commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for non-art items (such as gallery merchandise) within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in new, unused condition with all original packaging. 

Art-Related Exchanges: Prints and small editions may be considered at the discretion of the gallery. Any request t=for exchange must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. 

Store Credit

In special cases, we may offer store credit for artwork exchanges or purchases. Store credit is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied toward future purchase within the gallery. 

Please note, store credit is not available for original or commissioned works, unless in the rare case of damage during shipping. 

Damage and Defects

If an item arrives damaged, please contact the gallery within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including store credit or offering a replacement (if applicable).
